At Monaco Club, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging, including the Monaco Club protective case.

• Include proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to put things right.

Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty or we've sent the wrong product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
